JEMMA Beauty Shipping Policies
Free US Shipping on orders over $100. For this reason, shipping insurance is automatically added to your purchase up to $200.
Unfortunately, due to the lessened workforce of logistical companies, over the past few months, we cannot be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave JEMMA Beauty.
Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. The reason is that we pass the items off to third party logistics carriers that are separate businesses from JEMMA Beauty. Although we wish we could, we don't have any ability to coordinate each delivery, and we rely on these other companies. As such, we're not able to control mistakes or errors of a third-party.
International Shipments
Thank you for your interest in our products! Unfortunately, at this time, we don't offer international shipping. However, you can sign up to our newsletter and stay ahead of changes in our shipping capabilities.

Package Protection
Package protection covers packages that are lost or damaged in transit. The protection ensures that customers get what they paid for and allows for easy claim filing. Package protection is automatically added to your cart at checkout to protect your order. You are able to opt out if you are not interested in protecting your order.
Package protection does NOT cover:
- Expedited shipments not arriving on time.
- Orders mis-delivered due to wrong address being entered.
- Quality control issues.
